2. Products & Custom Orders

We specialize in handmade leather goods, including custom pieces featuring carved pet portraits and personalized design work.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, grain, and finish may occur. These are not defects but part of what makes each piece unique.

Custom orders are made based on your request form and any images or details you provide. Once confirmed and work has begun, custom orders are non-refundable unless damaged in transit or agreed otherwise.

3. Pricing & Payments

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment is due at checkout for all standard products. Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment in advance, depending on the scope of work.
Payments are processed securely via Wix’s built-in payment tools, and we do not store your payment information.
4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically within the United States (and internationally upon request).

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or customs for international orders.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns: If a product(s) is damaged during the shipping process, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the package. Photos showing the damage must be provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will work with the customer to provide a replacement product(s) or refund their money.

Refunds: If a custom designed and built item is provided, there will be no refund as the process involves hands-on participation with the customer and requires more time than normal from us to produce the product. For all other orders, we will work with the unique situation in hopes of achieving customer satisfaction, providing either a partial refund or exchange.

Exchanges: If a customer is not satisfied with their product(s), we will work with them to make them happy. Personalized items (i.e. custom engraving, pet portraits, personal names on the product, etc) can not be exchanged.

All content on this website—including product designs, images, text, and graphics—is the property of My Red Dog Leather Shop and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
